At Boston Properties, Mr. Hill is responsible for overseeing property management and tenant relations for the Class A office buildings that the Company owns and manages in New York City, including 599 Lexington Avenue, 280 Park Avenue and 875 Third Avenue. In addition, he will be responsible for property management and tenant relations for 5 Times Square, which is 100% leased to Ernst & Young, when it is completed in 2002.
