Carol B. Einiger

Director

Ms. Einiger has more than 45 years of experience as an investment banker and investment advisor, during which time she has gained significant expertise in the operation of public and private debt and equity capital markets and the evaluation of investment opportunities.

Ms. Einiger has been President of Post Rock Advisors, LLC, a private family investment office, since June 2018. From 2005 to 2016, she was founder and President of Post Rock Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm and Senior Advisor to its successor firm from January 2017 to June 2018. From 1996 to 2005, she served as Chief Investment Officer of The Rockefeller University, with responsibility for the management of the University's endowment. Ms. Einiger began her investment career in 1971 at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and served in various positions at The First Boston Corporation from 1973 to 1988, becoming Managing Director and Head of the Capital Markets Department. Ms. Einiger also served as Visiting Professor and Executive-in-Residence at Columbia Business School from 1988 to 1989; as Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella & Co. from 1989 to 1992; and as Chief Financial Officer and Acting President of the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation from1992 to 1996, before joining The Rockefeller University.

Ms. Einiger is a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Chair of the Executive Council of Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, and a member of the Investment Committee of the JPB Foundation.  Ms. Einiger is a former Director and Chair of the Investment Committee of UJA-Federation of New York and a former member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School. She previously served on the Boards of Trustees and Investment Committees of the University of Pennsylvania, the Lasker Foundation and the Horace Mann School; as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee of The Museum of Modern Art; as a Director of Credit Suisse First Boston (USA) and The New York Stem Cell Foundation; and on the Advisory Board of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management. Ms. Einiger has been honored by numerous organizations, including the AJC, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the Anti-Defamation League, Catalyst, UJA-Federation of New York, Washington Institute for Near East Policy, Columbia Business School and University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Einiger received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
